Getting in contact with Sarah has been the best decision we have made this year. It has literally saved our lives. We have been so exhausted and without any sleep. Our son is 18 months old, with multiple wakings during the night, sleeping in our bed and his buggy, not settling in his cot for longer than 2 hours, having to be fed to sleep and milk 2 or 3 times a night, only sleeping in his buggy for naps.

Sarah is brilliant - she really helped us transition our 5.5m from sleeping in our room/bed/on us most nights and feeding to sleep for all naps and always contact napping. Our baby now sleeps falls aslp independently in her own cot for naps and bedtime - this happened within a few days of starting the plan! We couldn’t believe how quickly she adapted.
